Wonderful vacation in tuscaney
Vary beautiful place to come every every evening after long day. Vary comfortable apartment (franchesca) and vary well equipped . The view and the surrounding were amazing. Simple but was excellent for us. The place in close to a small town and to travel from.

Cadre et environnement reposants et sereins
Accueil des propriétaires - propreté du gîte - 2 salles de bain et 3 wc ( parfait pour un groupe )- bien placé pour visiter la région sans faire de longs trajets - aménagements excellents autour de la piscine ( douche chaude - cabine de change et wc )- parc arboré magnifique -
la chambre sur la rue est un peu bruyante - manque d'équipement dans la cuisine pour cuisiner en conséquence pour un groupe ( pas fondamental par rapport aux points positifs- facile à remédier )

"Perfect holiday in Tuscany"
The owners (Anna Maria and Luigi) are very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean and new renovated. The whole place is quite amazing, the botanic garden is relaxing and very romantic. And the villa has a strategic position in Tuscany: every main towns and attractions can be reached easily (Florence, Chianti, Le Crete, Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, etc) We want to go back!!

Amazing !
Staff can give valuable informations and advices. Very good starting point to know Toscana, strategic starting point to taste wine. Romantic place with botanic garden.

Magnifique séjour
Site magnifique, en pleine nature ,conviviale et bucolique (entouré des collines toscanes et néanmoins à quelques minutes des axes principaux desservant les sites touristiques tels que Florence, le Chianti, Arezzo).Également tout prés, le village de Terra Nueva avec de très bon restautrants et le supermarché. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Il y avait tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable (la piscine juste derrière la maison avec vue imprenable sur les collines, devant chaque appartement, des tables sont installées à l'extérieur sous les canisses pour profiter des repas. Où que l'on pose les yeux , tout était jolie et gaie.

The place is charming, well located, and offers basic accomodations. It is good value, and the owners are wonderful people. We were very happy.
We were dissapointed that no breakfast is offered.

Awesome.....this property was just what we needed at this point in our trip. The owners Luigi and Anna Marie made all the difference in the world. They were wonderful hosts and they made sure we had everything we needed. They were extremely accomodating. They made the stay extra special by the way they attended to us and the other guests. We loved the property and the accomodations.
The owners / hosts were extremely nice, pleasant, and accomodating. The pool was absolutely wonderful and the gardens were unbelievable. Perfect for a very relaxing stay in Tuscany. Very central to all of the Tuscan towns so it was very easy to visit many smaller cities and towns in one day.
No screens on the windows so we couldn't leave window open to get air circulating (no A/C or fans in unit). There were spiders in the unit but I am sure this is becuase of its rural location.

Family celebration
Owners were very kind, helpfull and informative. Beatiful surroundings and excellent pool facilities.
One bedroom was a bit damp and couldn't be used.

What a wonderful site with a nice view.It is a nice farm(horse,pig,dog and cats.The product of the farm are very good.We eat at the table of the owner and it was a nice discovery.It is a nice place to visit.Every day we travel from the farm to any destination that we want to visit like(Modene,Bologne,Parme,Pise,Lucque,Cinque terre....etc
There is no toaster and no oven.Impossible to cook a chicken...etc.

Le site de Fattoria Della Nave est très beau, les gestionnaires sont très accueillants, l'agencement de l'appartement est agréable.
Bel environnement,gestionnaires agréables et efficaces.
les 2 chambres de l'appartement Anny donnent sur la rue du village et le bruit des véhicules qui passent sur la rue pavée est assourdissant, depuis le matin très tôt jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit;Il est très difficile de dormir dans ces conditions même avec des boules dans les oreilles ; De plus, les occupants de l'appartement situé au dessus du nôtre,étaient très bruyants. La situation des 2 chambres donnant sur la rue devrait être précisée pour éviter les mauvaises surprises ;
La situation des deux chambres donnant sur la rue a complètement changé en raison que nous avons complètement rénové l’appartement Anny. Maintenant, dans la rue se trouve la cuisine et deux chambres sur le jardin.

Formidable!
Acceuil extrèmement sympatique de la part de la propriétaire (Anna Maria), qui est toujours disponible pour nous conseiller dans nos visites. Très joli parc avec une piscine en contre bas fort agréable.
Attention aux taons qui sévissent dans le parc, mais c'est la rançon d'être dans un espace naturel préservé....donc ce n'est pas un point négatif!

Posto bello ma un pò malinconico. Rilassante silenzioso e tranquillo, isolato ma in posizione turisticamente strategica (Arezzo, Firenze, zona del Chianti per esempio). Ideale per chi ha bisogno di pace. Probabilmente un pò caldo e assolato in estate, noi siamo stati in inverno.
Casa molto ben attrezzata e pulita, non mi pare vi siano infrastrutture quindi credo sia un posto adatto chi viaggia in automobile. Non abbiamo visitato la struttura principale con gli altri appartamenti. Proprietari molto gentili e accoglienti, con un pensierino pronto per la nostra bambina al nostro arrivo. Bellissima tenuta tutt'intorno.
L'abbiamo trovata non riscaldata al nostro arrivo e abbiamo sofferto per diverse ore il freddo, anche perché è totalmente isolata e separata dalla struttura principale. Un pò care le spese per riscaldarla, nonostante fossimo parchi nell'usarlo, cioè lo tenessimo basso.
