Divine resort in Florentine hills
Stunning views, brand new high quality designed resort with beautiful pool and gardens and wonderful breakfast included.
The only thing was it was a dangerous road to catch buses from.

service is fabulous, close to Florence, the accommodations are clean, beautiful and very comfortable, the staff goes out of there way to assist you.

Le cadre est exceptionnel. Nous avons été agréablement surpris, car même si nous avions choisi la suite la plus grande, elle était très spacieuse et très agréable à vivre.
Un personnel très professionnel et un cadre exceptionnel.
Pas de possibilité de manger sur place ( grâce à un restaurant ou un snack).

Bardzo dobre, komfortowe miejsce dla zwiedzajacych Florencję. Bardzo ładne wyposażenie pokoi oraz przestrzeni wokół basenu. Podziemny parking.
Brak informacji, że posiadlość jest praktycznie w mieście(hałas z dość ruchliwej ulicy) Brak możliwości stołowania Nie było praktycznie żadnych naczyń, choć aneks kuchenny bardzo ładny i wyposażony we wszystkie sprzęty.

Cozy apartments with wonderful view.
The apartments was very spacious and well decorated, exactly like the pictures at the Internet. I loved the view from all the rooms and the small balcony, it's just opposite Fiesole. The surroundings of the building was fantastic and the staff was very helpful to any questions or needs we had. When we wanted to order dinner at the hotel, they suggested us a restaurant near by with excellent cuisine. This is is one of the best places I've ever stayed.
It's 7 km out of Florence, but this was not a problem for us, as we had car. The only negative was a mistake the staff made after we left, they thought we took some towels with us and they sent me mail telling me that they will charge my credit card for them. The towels where there of course and they found them 10 minutes after they sent me the mail, so they sent me another one to apologize. This incident disappointed me, they should have looked better before accusing us for something, but the place and the staff was so good when we where there, that I might stay there again.

on a eu un excellent sejour!
le personnel etait particuliement disponible, gentil, efficace et souriant! et ils parlaient tres bien le français (et meme un peu le grec). La vue etait superbe depuis notre chambre.
