Lovely place to stay.
Seemingly in the middle of nowhere amongst olive trees and vineyards, yet only 15 minutes drive to the nearest town and supermarkets. Less than an hour to Pisa, Florence and Siena. Great apartment, with lovely views. Excellent pool, nice open areas with loungers and tables, and even a BBQ. Highly recommended.

An amazing find!
After looking at about 100 different choices to stay for a week in Tuscany, we chose Montespertoli 1189 based largely on the internet description. It met or exceeded our expectations in every regard. Staff was friendly, price was exceptional for the value, countryside was gorgeous, apartment was beautiful.

Un havre de paix au coeur des grands sites touristiques de la Toscane
Endroit très calme, perdu dans les vignes les oliviers et les ciprès de la campagne toscane. Accueil très chaleureux a Castelfiorentino 1189 Décoration intérieure simple et de bon gout.
Route d'accès caillouteuse et poussiéreuse. Le tennis et la piscine du château montrés en photo sur le site internet sont désafectés, mais la piscine près des appartements est conforme aux photos.
La piscine prés du château est désafectée parce que nous n'avons plus des appartements à louer au château, mais on peut utiliser le tennis. La route pour aller aux appartements n'appartient pas à la ferme (c'est municipal). De toute manière, l'hébergement se trouve complétement dans la campagne, où nous avons nos vignobles et oliveraies. Là bas, la route et un peu caillouteuse et poussiéreuse, mais...c'est la véritable Toscane! Valentina - Reception manager

Excellent Accommodations in Beautiful Tuscany
My wife and I were extremely pleased with the friendly staff. The apartment was large and beautifully appointed. The surroundin counrtyside was as perfect as we imagined.
We had an ant problem that seemed to come from the ajoining apartment. There was a trail of ants from the door at the top of our stairs every day even though we sprayed them every day and every night.
We solved the ant problem (a customary problem in the countryside) immediately afterwards your departure. Many thanks for choosing us. Hope to see you again in the future. Valentina - Reception manager

Muy buenas vacaciones
El alojamiento estaba muy bien situado para loque nosotras queíamos visitar, el trato de los propietarios fue inmejorable, el entorno precioso, la casita, aunque muy sencilla y básica, era lo que neesitabamos y para el precio que tenía no se poda pedir más, las instalaciones muy bien. En resumen, yo la racomendaría.
Si tengo que poner un pero, sería el que está un poquito perdida y si llegas por la noche, como nos pasó a nosotras, es algo complicado encontrarla. El pueblo no tine ninguna vvida nocturna.

Beautiful facilities!
The apartment was perfect. It was spacious, clean and homey. The setting was idyllic. We loved staying here, the location was perfect for seeing many of the area attractions. The tour of the Castello was interesting.
