Das Bauernhaus befindet sich in Ortezzano, einem kleinen mittelalterlichen Dorf im Tal des Flusses Aso, in der Provinz Fermo (ehemals Provinz Ascoli Piceno), Region Le Marche.

Beschreibung: Das Bauernhaus, seine Landstraßen, sein Swimmingpool (18x6 qm), umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen, stehen den Kunden zur Verfügung.

In der Tat ist es möglich, inmitten der Weinberge lange Spaziergänge zu machen, den saisonalen Arbeiten auf dem Land zu folgen oder einfach in vollkommener und friedlicher Entspannung zu bleiben.

Bauernhof: Das Bauernhaus befindet sich inmitten eines 30 ha großen Bauernhofs, der vollständig biologisch bewirtschaftet wird; Die ebenen Böden sind mit Obstbäumen (Pflaumen, Birnen, Pfirsiche) bepflanzt, während die hügeligen Böden mit Weinbergen bepflanzt sind.

Weine: Die auf dem Bauernhof angebauten Weinreben produzieren den berühmten Rotwein Rosso Piceno DOC (Reben Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Merlot) und den einheimischen Weißwein Falerio (Reben Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino).

“Wundervoll gelegenes Haeuschen an den Haengen des Aso Tals. Gemma und Mariella, unsere sehr gastfreundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter haben hier an einem schoenen Fleckchen ein ideales Urlaubsrefugium geschaffen. Die Wohnung ist schoen eingerichtet und ist, fuer italienische Verhaeltnisse eher ungewoehnlich, fuer etwas kuehlere Tage sogar mit einer Fussbodenheizung ausgestattet, die ob des sehr launischen Wetters auch zum Einsatz kam. Die Anlage wirkt geplegt, der Pool laedt zu ausgiebigem Badevergnuegen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefuehlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. ”
