Der Bauernhof, der dank seiner Panoramalage einst ein alter Aussichtsturm war, überblickt einen großen grünen Rasen voller Olivenbäume und einen wunderschönen Swimmingpool (12 x 6 m), von dem aus Sie einen der beeindruckendsten Ausblicke auf die Gegend genießen können.

Es wurde sorgfältig renoviert, wobei die typischen Merkmale der toskanischen Bauernhäuser mit Böden aus Terrakottafliesen, Steinen und Balkendecken beibehalten wurden. Das Anwesen wurde in perfekter Harmonie zwischen der toskanischen ländlichen Umgebung und der Eleganz und Genauigkeit der Möbel zu seinem alten Glanz gebracht. Es ist ein charmanter Ort, der seinen Gästen einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in einer einzigartigen und unveränderlichen Landschaft bereiten kann.

Es ist ein familiengeführtes Bauernhof-Ferienzentrum und bietet eine warme und komfortable Atmosphäre mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die in ähnlichen Einrichtungen schwer zu finden sind. Sowohl das Innere als auch das Äußere des Gebäudes sind sehr genau und in jedem Detail gut verarbeitet. Alle Zimmer sind mit Kamin oder Holzofen ausgestattet.

Seine ideale Lage macht es unseren Gästen leicht, in kurzer Zeit Städte wie Florenz, Arezzo und Siena zu erreichen, die reich an Kunst und Traditionen sind. Sie können die Chianti-Hügel mit ihren Dörfern und Burgen besuchen, die zahlreichen Weinkeller, wo sie die besten Chianti-Weine auf dem Markt probieren können.

“Selecting a villa was a difficult process because you have limited photos and there are just so many places out there. But I really lucked out when I found this place! Photos do not do justice to the lovely villa and its surroundings. We were greeted with open arms by the owners upon arrival and they really did everything to make us feel at home. Honestly, the accommodations and size of the villa was much bigger than expected. Location wise, it is located fairly close to the main highways (about a 15 min drive) and close enough to Firenze. The owners know a great deal of local spots to dine and can give you directions to just about anywhere in Italy! The town of Pian Di Sco is very quaint and the local people are also extremely friendly. This is really is a special place. Our group can't wait to make the trip again. Ps. A memorable setting to have a wedding. We were lucky to have this experience at such a special villa. ”
