Lovely Family Run Hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfasts and very reasonable restaurant on site.
Locals get to use pool and it can get a little busy at times

Très bon séjour
Accueil et envirronnement excellents La piscine est bien entretenue Le restaurant est convenable mais mieux vaut sortir dans un petit restaurant des rues de Volterra.

Wunderfull location, very nice people, super holiday!
Nice hotel, very nice personal, lovely pool with beautifull vieuw, good food, large rooms, small and quiet. Toys for the kids and a good price!
The rooms where nice and okay, but the cleaning could be better and the owners must fix a few things. There where not enough matrasses for the beds at the swimmingpool, that was a pitty. Sometimes there where things sold out like the coca cola, juices, etc. I think this is not okay for a hotel.

A big disapointment
lovely situation but ...
We had to stay 12 days but escape this place after 10, refusing 2 days offered by the deal. On the 10 nights we stay in the hotel, we slep correctly only 6 nights, because of terrible music noises (boom boom boom boom ...) up to 4 o'Clock in the morning. Horrible, crisping, inacceptable ... This music for marriage, or anniversary of people from volterra, reception arround the swiming pool all the nigt long ... and things like that. One night we had 2 different musics but in the same time : one from the left, the other from the right. I began the be foolish. The hotel have to operate serious choses : Night club or Hotel ? Give me 500 € reduction and I will NOT come again in this hotel. Excuse my english if some mistakes. Michel Rorive

Familia con hijos adolescestes, el sitio es fabuloso y nos sorprendió gratamente.Las vistas desde la habitación...de pelicula, la piscina un premio para relajarse despues de un dia de turismo y los propietarios son geniales simpáticos y colaboradores. NO ES FÁCIL ENCONTRAR GENTE ASÍ HOY DIA.gRACIAS POR TODO.

Lovely accommodation and surroundings. Very nice pool with beautiful view of Tuscan countryside. No on-site restaurant but were recommended an excellent restaurant in volterra with whom they had a set menu deal withthe hotel.
Just 5 minutes drive from Volterra. Good base for exploring Tuscany. Very friendly and helpful staff. Substantial breakfast buffet.
No facilities for tea/coffee in room.
