Lage: Das Anwesen ist ein antikes mittelalterliches Kloster, das um 1000 v.Chr. Erbaut wurde. Es befindet sich in herrlicher Panoramalage in der wunderschönen Gegend des Val di Merse und der Hügel von Montagnola, nur 8 km entfernt. weit weg von Siena .

Geschichte: Das Gebäude wurde im XVI. Jahrhundert von einem berühmten sienesischen Architekten umstrukturiert, der die alten Gebäude in Villen für reiche Familien umgestaltete (sein Stil ist noch deutlich sichtbar in den luftigen Laubengängen und der Verwendung der Farbe gebrannte Siena, die den perfekter Kontrast zu den umliegenden grünen Hügeln).

Die Villa war Festung, Kloster und Adelsresidenz, Sitz der Herrschaften, Schauplatz wichtiger Hochzeiten, politischer Treffen und auch Gefangenschaft und Folter; Heimat von Novizen, Juristen, Waffenführern und sienesischen Bankiers. Wenn diese Wände sprechen könnten, könnten sie dir viele interessante Geschichten erzählen.

Schwimmbäder: In den wunderschönen schattigen Gärten rund um das Anwesen gibt es zwei Swimmingpools, einen für Erwachsene und einen für Kinder, Grill, Tische und Spielplatz, Tennisplatz und Tischtennis.

Eine Bar in der Nähe des Swimmingpools ist während der Sommerzeit geöffnet und ist ein idealer Ort für einen schnellen Snack, einen Aperitif vor dem Abendessen oder ein erfrischendes Getränk, während Sie die fantastische Landschaft der toskanischen Hügel bewundern.
