The house of 130 sqm has 2 floors.

On the ground floor it has an open kitchen perfectly equipped, provided with dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, stove with 4 fires, American coffee machine, large dining table with chairs; a comfortable living room embellished with a central staircase, with 2 sofas, table with chairs, open fireplace, satellite tv; a bathroom with shower, provided with hairdryer and washing machine.

On the first floor there are two wide double bedrooms; a room with twin beds; a bathroom with bath.
