Essen und typische Produkte

Die exzellente Küche unseres Haus biete vor allem umbrischen und toskanischen Spezialitäten wie hausgemachten Nudeln und Suppen, und also Brot im alten Steinofen gebackt. Unser Tisch ist reich gedeckt mit Gemüse, Obst, Fleisch und vor allem Olivenöl aus unserem Hof.

Restaurant in Umbrien und breite Angebot unserer örtlichen Restaurants und Lokale wahrnehmen.

Trotzdem möchten wir unseren Gästen bisweilen auch die Möglichkeit anbieten, bei uns am Bauernhof auf Reservierung zu Abend zu essen. Zur Zeit kann man bei uns nur Samstag abends zu Abend essen. Abendessen gibt es - je nach Saison - bei Kerzenlicht am Kamin oder am Pool. Das Menü beruht auf mit Phantasie neu- interpretierten traditionellen Gerichten und die Zutaten werden dabei entweder direkt bei uns auf dem Bauernhof oder vor Ort produziert und kommen in jedem Fall aus biologischem Anbau.

Frühstück wird im Sommer im Garten serviert und zu anderen Jahreszeiten im einladenden Restaurantsaal des Gutshauses. Es basiert auf Produkten, die entweder aus unserer Eigenerzeugung oder von ausgewählten Höfen vor Ort stammen und besteht aus Kuchen, Keksen, frischen Eiern, Toast mit unserem Honig und unseren Marmeladen und hausgemachtem Joghurt. Spezielle glutenfreies Frühstück ist verfügbar, wenn im Voraus gebucht.
