Villa Alari liegt in der Nähe des Schwimmbades und bietet eine vom Rest des Bauernhauses unabhängige, isolierte und komfortable Unterkunft. Die Villa besteht aus 5 Doppelzimmern mit eigenem Bad (ensuite oder nicht) mit der Möglichkeit, Zustellbetten hinzuzufügen, und bietet Platz für bis zu 14 Personen. Die Gesamtzahl der Badezimmer beträgt 7.

Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock, zusammen mit dem Wohnzimmer mit einem großen charakteristischen toskanischen Kamin, während sich die Gäste im Erdgeschoss im 120 m2 großen Wohnzimmer (ebenfalls mit Kamin) entspannen können. Die Küche befindet sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss.

Gäste der Villa können den großen Park, private Außenbereiche und den Pavillon mit Grillplatz genießen.

Das WLAN ist kostenlos und in den öffentlichen Bereichen verfügbar, das Parken ist kostenlos und Haustiere sind ohne Aufpreis erlaubt. Schließlich steht den Gästen eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
